Facility Maintenance Manager

The Facility Maintenance Manager at Queenstown Harbor, a full-time role, is in charge of daily maintenance for the property. Reporting to the Senior Director of Golf and Grounds, this position involves property inspections, repair and maintenance (R&M) of facilities, minor electrical and plumbing work, and on-call duties for after-hours needs. The role requires proficiency in using tools and equipment, financial management for R&M budgeting, and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Benefits include paid time off, health benefits, and allowances. A valid driver’s license and 3-5 years of R&M experience are required.

Seasonal Turf Care Associate
Reporting to the Turf Care Superintendent, this position involves various operational tasks to ensure the upkeep and preservation of the golf course and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Adhering to schedules and instructions from the supervisor.
  • Use appropriate equipment to cut and maintain grass according to specific schedules and standards for optimal playing conditions.
  • Daily maintenance of bunkers.
  • Addressing problem areas on the golf course, including drainage issues, potholes, reseeding, and tree care.
  • Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks like painting.
  • Adhering to safety regulations.
  • Reporting issues promptly to the supervisor.
  • Maintaining a professional image in interactions with co-workers and customers.
  • Clearing snow from driveways and walkways as needed.
  • Performing other related duties assigned by the supervisor.
